Can I change the wording?
Yes, you can have any wording you would like. Just email it to esani.  esani@iinet.net.au



How do I supply the information for my invitations and stationery?
You can send your wording to me in an email or a Word, Powerpoint or Indesign document. If you are having the guests names printed onto your invitations please type all the names exactly as you would like them to be spelt ie the full names or just the christian name, correct spelling etc.



How will my stationery take?
The standard turn around time is 2-3 weeks. This can vary depending on complexity of the order.



Can I change colour of the design?
Yes, you can have any colour you would like. Gold and silver ink will be slightly more in price.



Do you have a show room?

Yes, I do have a showroom in West Leederville, Perth WA. Please ring for an appointment if you would like to see the full range or discuss any questions you may have.



How do I pay for my stationery?
A deposit of 50% is required when ordering your stationery. The final payment is due when you pick up your printed stationery. You can pay by cash, direct debit or cheque. Your order can be posted to you for the standard postal fee.



Should I order spares?
Yes, it is a good idea to order spares to allow for last minute add on’s to your list. It is also good to have spares in case an error is made when you are hand writing the invitations. Having a few spares as keepsakes for you and your family is a good idea too.



How do I view the proof?
This will be sent to you as a pdf via email. If the stationery is all correct you will be asked to confirm in writing to Esani via email that it is correct and ready to be sent to print. If there is a change that is required it will be amended and a new proof sent to you.



When should I send out my invitations.
Normally 4-6 weeks before the wedding. Sometime 8 weeks may be required. This will give your overseas guests time to respond. It will also give you time to confirm your final numbers to the wedding venue.



How do I find out the prices?
Every order is different depending on the number required of each item and the type of card used. If you would like a quote please email me with the items you require and how many of each. ie invitation, RSVP, Thank you, Order of service, Save the date etc.
